The UCDS “labyrinth” is the companion building to the adjacent historic school - the “tower”.  Learning spaces are connected by an organic network of routes of travel ….up - down – across – through – over.

The facility houses the school library and multi-purpose room, early elementary classrooms and experimental project space, art, science, music and a “STEAM” workshop.

 

The project was awarded the “Crow Island School Citation” for the best elementary school interior by “American School and University“magazine.
