Ascend International School in Mumbai is a nine story pre-K-12 school with a project based learning educational model.  Like UCDS, all classrooms are interconnected work studios clustered around a central communal project studio.

 

The organization of the school is like a “sandwich” with classrooms on the 3rd and 5th floors and the common specialty rooms (library, music art, science, yoga) located in between on the 4th floor.

Thus, even though this is a high-rise, the facility functions on a few levels as a tightly interconnected school.
